Angdor 1800 MW photovoltaic project is located in Mangkang County, Tibet, at an altitude of 4200 meters to 4800 meters, covering an area of about 45 square kilometers, is currently the world's largest under construction, the highest altitude, ecological and environmental protection measures the most complete clean energy power generation projects.
Huadian Jinshang Changdu New Energy Co., Ltd. engineering management department director Li Bingbing said: At present has completed the total construction of pile foundation and bracket assembly installation, and make every effort to ensure that in 2025 and Jinshang to Hubei UHV DC transmission line synchronization completed and put into operation.
After the completion of the project, the annual power generation will be about 5.4 billion kWh, saving about 1.67 million tons of standard coal and reducing 3.74 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is of great significance to help realize the goal of “double carbon” and accelerate the construction of the national water-wind-scenery integration demonstration base.
