Structural features of the welded ball valve:
1. It is a fully welded ball valve made by pressing carbon steel seamless pipes into a single piece.
2. The valve stem is made of AISI 303 stainless steel, and the valve body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. They are processed and ground to ensure excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
3. The sealing is achieved using carbon-reinforced PTFE inclined elastic sealing rings that create negative pressure on the spherical surface, resulting in zero leakage and a long service life.
4. Connection method: Users can choose from options such as welding, threading, and flange.
Transmission method: It adopts transmission structures such as handle, turbine, pneumatic, and electric, with a flexible and lightweight switch.
5. Compact structure, light weight, good heat retention, easy to install. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
